Self-Worth Reality Check

Do You Know Your Value, or Have You Learned to Settle for Crumbs?

This is not a generic self-love quiz. This is about whether you value yourself enough to recognize your worth, carry yourself with confidence, and refuse to make yourself smaller simply because you believe someone else is better, more attractive, more successful, wealthier, or somehow "out of your league."

Sometimes low self-worth causes people to accept crumbs of affection, attention, recognition, or opportunity because they believe that receiving anything at all is better than receiving nothing.

Being chosen is not the same as being valued.

Confidence is not arrogance. Having self-worth does not mean believing you are better than everyone else. It means you do not automatically believe everyone else is better than you. You can admire another person's beauty without insulting your own. You can admire someone's success without making your own achievements meaningless.

Educational and self-reflection tool. Not a diagnosis, psychological assessment, or professional advice. This assessment helps you reflect on your relationship with self-worth. If you are dealing with a mental health concern, please contact a qualified professional.

You do not have to make yourself smaller simply because someone else looks bigger.
